This is the Floating Stone Ranch Speckle Park Burger. Raised and crafted on the Canadian prairies, this burger begins at the source. Our cattle are raised on land we work to improve year after year. Every pasture and open space are treated with care so the soil grows stronger, and the grasses come back richer. We believe the land should be better off because we were here.
Made from Speckle Park cattle, the only Canadian beef breed in existence, each patty reflects what makes this breed special. Rich natural tasting beefy flavour that only gets better with heat and your imagination.
We leave out the seasoning on purpose. Yep, no salt or pepper or distractions for the great taste of pure beef. Just beef with a handmade texture and an old-style grind that looks and eats the way real burgers should. What goes onto this burger is entirely up to you.
